As a member of 3ZERO House Dushanbe, Bactria shares the values of Zero Carbon, Zero Poverty, and Zero Exclusion approach and is committed to work with deprived and marginalized parts of social community. Adhering to a 3Zero strategy, Bactria strengthens its engagement with marginalized communities to raise awareness of climate change and gender-related issues, as well as enhance the influence of the artistic civil society.
